A reader then complained that there wasn’t a single limousine among them. Sorry, here’s one. Well, sedans, i.e. cars with notchbacks and trunk lids, have actually become rare. SUVs, station wagons or hatchbacks like the VW Golf are simply much more practical. The limousine lover consciously accepts the disadvantage of not being able to take a washing machine or other bulky appliance with him. But it also makes an individual statement. Let the others drive their practical cars.
