A 30 -year -old man has been acquitted by the allegation of the accusation of having raped a young person who suffers from a reduction in intelligence several times. “There is a perpetrator,” said the presiding judge and named the name of a classmate of the youngsters at the time of the crime. The girl, who was desperately looking for friends, had convinced this to exercise sex with the 30 -year -old man at least once for money. The money kept the fifteen -year -old. This was a “blatant abuse” on the part of the classmate, said the presiding judge. Last year, it was legally convicted by the youth court in Offenbach for forced prostitution – for a work edition of 80 hours and participating in a “social training course”. In contrast, there was “unavailable doubts”, the reason for the judgment of the Frankfurt Regional Court said. The man had admitted to having had sexual intercourse in 2022 with the then sixteen -year -old on mediation from her classmate. However, he assumed that he had a higher age of the girl, she did not fight, he said. According to Richter, something else could not be proven in the six -day criminal trial. The young person had told her teacher about the experienced and described this as a “friendship service”. “She probably found it nothing bad,” said the judge, that it was “not emotionally resistant” for her.
