Compared to the 1.1 million vehicles sold to the world’s largest car company Toyota last year, the almost 90,000 of the premium daughter Lexus appear more like a drop on the hot stone. But the roles are clearly distributed. While Toyota positions itself on the drive side, Lexus is increasingly oriented towards e-mobility. Three new battery cars should come onto the market in the next twelve months. The revised RZ, which is based on the 2023 model, is the beginning of that project.
