In the future, the new commercial vehicle manufacturer called Archion wants to shake up the market in Asia. The name Archion embodies the essence of “Arches” and stands for the connection between the companies and their stakeholders as well as each other, both companies said. “Eons” (eternities) stands for shaping the future of transport and for a better life for the next generation.

The groups each want to hold 25 percent of the shares in a new listed holding Archion. Around 50 percent of the company should go to investors. The holding company is scheduled to launch in April 2026 and be listed on the Tokyo stock exchange. The new joint venture will hold 100 percent of the shares in Mitsubishi Fuso and Hino.
