This has to get better was our headline about the infotainment in the VW ID 4 and ID 5 two years ago. Nothing could be easier than that. Volkswagen has delivered. While the older system caused a lot of frustration and the software even crashed while driving, the manufacturer has made thorough improvements for the new Tiguan and Passat.
