Stellantis continues to bet on car sharing. The French automotive group announces, this Tuesday, having reached an agreement with BMW and Mercedes-Benz for the acquisition of their Share Now service.
If the three manufacturers have “agreed not to disclose the details of the transaction”, for analyst Jürgen Pieper of the private bank Bankhaus Metzler quoted by the German business daily “Handelsblatt”, the purchase price would be around 250 million euros. But according to a source close to the German parties quoted by the “Financial Times” and AFP, this would be just over 100 million.
