Brussels, Belgium / Amberg, Germany, October 18, 2019 – Grammer AG is returning to bus business with a comprehensive range of passenger seats for urban and interurban buses. “In our view, the bus market will benefit greatly from the changes in individual mobility in the future. For this reason, we have decided to return to the bus market with a newly developed range of state-of-the-art passenger seats and to gain market share with these innovative products,” says Timo Bauer, Vice President of Grammer Railway Interior GmbH.
Grammer will be presenting important new additions to its innovative range of modern passenger seats to the public for the first time at Busworld Europe, the industry’s leading trade fair taking place in Brussels from October 18 to 23, 2019. In developing its sophisticated solutions, Grammer has been able to harness diverse synergistic effects from its Commercial Vehicles division. The declared strategic goal is for Grammer to evolve into a full-line supplier in the bus sector as well and to offer integrated solutions enhancing comfortable and safe bus travel. “With our intelligent and functional seats for buses, we are perfectly positioned to achieve this.
