Like everywhere in the auto industry, there is unrest and uncertainty here. Colleagues hear every day in the news how bad things are with the car industry in Germany and that China is a real problem. Added to this are Trump’s tariff threats and the uncertain conditions in our country. Our colleagues also notice that we have adapted our driving style here in Sindelfingen at Factory 56, where our top models are manufactured, and are currently only driving one shift. A colorful bouquet of problems that not only affects us, but also the workforce.
